Hydraulic Hose Technology
Hydraulic hoses transfer fluid safely through the system. Their flexibility means they need very little installation space. The thermoplastic/rubber hoses incorporate textile or steel braid or several inlays of spirally wound steel wire. This enables them to carry media at high pressure.
Elastomeric hydraulic hoses excel through their good resistance to oils and ageing and retain their flexibility, even at temperatures down to -40°C. Thermoplastic hoses offer low weight, excellent chemical resistance and flexibility. Both types are extremely resistant to UV radiation and have high impulse load strength.
Utility Hoses
We supply a range of utility hoses for the onshore and offshore industries including air, nitrogen, utility water, multi-purpose and steam hoses, all of which are designed to withstand the harshest environments. These hoses are color coded as per client requirements.
PTFE Lined Stainless Steel Hose
The role of PTFE lined Stainless Steel hose to replace conventional alloy hose is increasing, and we are one of the main suppliers. The PTFE hoses are assembled using special grade Teflon and SS Braiding. The end joints are covered completely with Teflon lining using a special machine. The entire hose will have a continuous PTFE lining without any joints. These hoses are hence suitable for various Chemicals, Acids and special media. They offer efficient and reliable transfer with more durability.
